Site: trigearguru.com
Theme: Newspaper
Thx
Hello ryehillmedia2018!,
Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Ensure that you have correctly set up the Social Networks from Theme panel. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this conversation so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thank you. Yes. That worked.
Another quick mobile question…
The hamburger menu brings up my main menu navigation. On the regular page these display as drop downs. On mobile, they don’t link to anything.
Help.
Thanks!
Hello ryehillmedia2018!,
You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Hello,
Notice that your menu item does not link on mobile because there’s no any link set up to this item, because you are using the Mega Menu on the desktop version. I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin. In that case, you should create another menu for mobile from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QS1RE1oQNHi or simply edit the Menu Items from Menu section and add your desired link -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DvTHbkjmk32y or simply add a Category Item to your main menu.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks. Im not having any luck on the mobile menu. Can you you walk me thru step by step – how to make my mobile menu work like my desktop menu.

Thx again!
@ryehillmedia2018! if you look under Appearance>Menus in your WordPress dashboard, you will see an option to assign a menu as “mobile menu” alongside other options like top header menu and header menu (main) as shown here http://prntscr.com/kdmspd (the mobile menu option will show at the end if you have the mobile plugin installed_. Make sure you have selected the main menu in that section and just tick the mobile menu option so that it now has the main menu and the mobile menu ticked and save. Clear your caches as above and check again if it worked. You can also create another menu and assign it to the mobile menu.
