Editing Tag div social counter from homepage

I edited the tag div social counter from the widgets section and added it to the post sidebar but the home page social counter still shows tag div social pages.

How do i edit it?

Hi,
The one on the homepage is most likely added to the page itself from the visual composer elements so you have to edit the counter in the page edit: http://screencast.com/t/eKQu4okAhW
