Editing the "You must be logged in to post a comment" section.

Hi all,

I’ve recently installed userpro, and have almost managed to sort it out.

On WordPress, I set up the fact that you need to be logged in to post a comment. It works with regards to the fact that if you are not logged in, you get the error message “You must be logged in to…”

How ever, when you click the link it takes you to the WP admin log in!

Inspecting the code, I can see that I just need to change the href link. Where can I find that to be able to change it?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply Andrei.

It did not work, I’m not sure why. Looking at the new Comments.php file, it shows the changes made. But it still redirects the user to http://www.aculco.co.uk/wp-admin.

Any Help?

Also, My website is in Spanish, but certain bits are still in English.

Here are the areas that are still in English:

1. The Top Header date
2. The date that appears next to author on articles.
3. The commentary area: Everything is in Spanish except “You must be logged in to post a comment.”
4. If I was to create a drop down box on the widget area (for example archives), It states “Select a month” in English.

How do I change these areas?

Thanks!

Hi

The solution I provided works fine on my side: http://screencast.com/t/rNqRKacohttp://screencast.com/t/Vzsa4lwhyH It could be a cache issue so please make sure that you empty all caches then test again.

I’ve looked over your site and the following are translated in Spanish:

1: http://screencast.com/t/aJBa1QPIkcW
2: http://screencast.com/t/WjuVDPrji2So
3: http://screencast.com/t/xvXYD63IYdAW
4. I couldn’t find a drop-down widget on your site and I am not sure how you tried to create it. However the translation from theme panel applies only for this parts: http://screencast.com/t/6lZE9wqL

Thanks!

I’m still having the same problems. I deleted the cache: http://www.screencast.com/t/s06RSiwF
(I went in to WP Supercache, and deleted the cache there).

I changed the code located here: http://www.screencast.com/t/Y6RgJucE5xQ

Changed the code as instructed: http://www.screencast.com/t/r5dycxWDH3ND

But I still keep getting this: http://www.screencast.com/t/FemveO01dh

Inspecting the code: http://www.screencast.com/t/8btHWF3HEe0

I am sure I am doing something wrong!

I also appreciate your help and patience.

The language did change in the end when I changed the overall language settings. Thanks for that.

Thanks.

Hello,
It seems you have a redirect to your link. Please enter another url to your link like for example make it go to google.com using the method Andrei showed you/ If it still does not work, please check any redirection you might have set in your htaccess or redirect plugins that affect the comments link. You can always redirect a link with a 301 redirect: http://www.inboundnow.com/how-to-properly-set-up-wordpress-301-redirects/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
