Editor Picks, Popular Posts, and Popular Categories in the footer work fine on all pages and posts except for the home page.
If I disable Unique Articles on home, Editor Picks and Popular Posts show. If I enable Unique Articles only the headings show without any content.
Using Unique Articles I am able to avoid duplication between Featured articles and the Posts section. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Well that is the reason the footer will not show the content anymore. The unique articles affect everything on the site including the footer. If you have duplicate posts they will not show up. If you want to avoid this, please use the block sorting options instead. use different categories or offsets to remove duplicate posts.
