Hello,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks while waiting I deactivated plugins and reloaded one at a time. Now all good thanks
