If the option to use the composer is missing, it means that either the theme is not activated with a license key, or the key is not assigned to the website.
So first please check if the theme is activated with the license key. If it is, please check in the license panel to see if the key is assigned to the website https://prnt.sc/1H4EKjp4IN9x

I checked all your license keys and they are mostly assigned to websites that don’t exist anymore. I removed some of the websites and I assigned 2 keys to the websites you mentioned. So now the theme can be used fully on the 2 websites, please check as well.
