A week ago I added a new cloud template header (2), edited it and applied it to my site. The header has been showing correctly all this week. However, today it has reverted to the old header and when I go to look at the new header(2) none of the changes I applied to it a week ago appear to have been saved.
I can see the publish date of header(2) was last Friday and that no changes have been made subsequently to the site. The only thing I did do since adding the new header(2) was activate WP Super Cache. I tried deleting the cache but this has not helped.
I’d like to understand what might have happened here.

So the header was re-set in theme panel or the cloud header changes were re-set?
Usually these problem are caused by extra plugins, we recommend to check the plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again set a cloud header and see if this is re-set or not.
If the problem persists, please provide some more details and some screenshots!
