Effective implementation of Google Search

I want to add Google Search to my website properly with this theme. I used https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-search/#description but it seems to break the layout a little bit. I was wondering if anyone can guide me to effectively implement Google Search to this theme.

You can try the steps from this article about How to Add Google Search in a WordPress Site -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-google-search-in-a-wordpress-site/
Unfortunately, we did not test the WP Google Search plugin with our theme and we can not way if this will work properly or not with Newspaper theme.
