I want to set URL for Image for element “Text with image”

Couldn’t find URL option for image. Could you advise where it is ?

According to Fitts law – this is usability problem – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitts%27s_law
Please take into account – it’s not good if user can’t reach large target (image in this case) to get link click. 🙁
