I had my site up and running, but I decided to try and change the colour of the background of an element. As soon as I did, the Big Flex Grid 2 element that was there disappeared! I can’t get it back and I can’t put a new one back into the position the old one was! Every time I try now to add back a new Big Flex Grid and change the background of the column or row it was in, it disappears again! It’s totally messed up my website layout now, and I can’t seem to fix it. http://outdoors-hq.com
The Big Flex Grid 2 used to be underneath the top menu and the background colour was behind it. But I cannot add a Big Flex Grid 2 underneath the menu now and have the top background colour appear behind it.
This is very frustrating as all I wanted to do was to change a simple colour!

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for the advice, but this is happening within the Tagdiv composer. I think there is a bug in it that is causing the issue. The only extra plugins I have are things like a scheduling calendar and cache tools, which I need for efficient running of the site.

Without removing the extra plugins first, If those plugins are a must and they are not compatible with the theme then you will have to change one of them.
