Elements of Theme Panel unable to load after a transfer

Hi,

i’ve just moved my site from a localhost to remote server. As a result i’m now finding elements of the Theme Panel will not load, specifically ‘Modules and Blocks – Article Title’ and ‘Modules MX and other Blocks – Article Title’, these just keep trying to load.

Is this something that users has come across before, if so could anyone advise on a fix for this?

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purege your files if you use CDN, then check if you still have this issue. Also it could be a host issue, it may block the access to the admin-ajax.php file, please check the browser console for errors while the “save settings” process it running. If this is the case you have to contact the host administrator and inform him about this.
