I put the email address in the email setting in the Theme Panel. However, when clicking the email icon it just redirects to the home page instead of opening your email.
How do I fix please?

I think you don’t set correctly the email link. You need to set like the Facebook link (set an entire link with http://… ).

It is set the same way on another site and it works, but it does not work on this site.

I checked again your social networks from the footer and those are set using an extra plugin, that isn’t tested with our theme => https://prnt.sc/xdf9vi, therefore, we don’t know what the settings need to be made for that plugin.
