Im trying to put an email signup side bar popover on my newspaper theme site. Ive seen another site with this that used the newspaper them to construct the site ie http://www.smallcapexclusive.com. Any idea on how i could put something similar on my site, thanks

That option comes from an 3rd party plugin. Unfortunately this option is not available with Newspaper Theme.
