Thanks resolved the matter by deactivating all plugins and reactivating Newsletter PI. Got the form with only the email address input showing. How do I get the first name of the subscribers to also show or does that require programming

Thanks figured this out but why does the editor block out the entire laptop screen so how do you save the changes? Using chrome so Crtl+S saves the web page – not helpful!
