How can I add a video into an article? i would like to show the video / play option as an image or a visual representation of the video, rather than just a text URL
What is the best way to do this, as I do not want to host the video on a different website such as youtube

You can also store the video in your media and set the link in posts like the link from YouTube, the results should be the same https://i.imgur.com/fVVkGqL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/uCXvya0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/FL9wMZ3.png

Are there certain video types I should use, as I tried to add a mp4 video, but it only displayed the link, not an image/video screen?
