Hi guys,
I have an issue with an empty sidebar on a specific page type.
When I activate the sidebar under Template settings > Woocommerce template > Shop Homepage + Archives – the respective sidebar created for those pages is displayed properly (note: the sidebar is hidden for the Shop Homepage with custom css). If I understand correct, the same sidebar should appear on the woocommerce search result page. When I do a search, products are displayed as results properly, and the space for the sidebar is reserved, but the sidebar itself doesn’t load. You can have a look here bit.ly/2vVaRz7 . How can I fix it?

Please check your Widgets area and see if your widgets are there or not. It’s possible that the widgets to be in the inactive widgets area and you will have to move to be active. Clear all the caches and check the results.

yes, the widgets are in the respective sidebar, as I mentioned, it appears on product archives as configured.

No, it’s not ok. I’m just confirming that the widgets are there and active. Any other ideas? I thought this is theme related, it’s part of the theme, a sidebar.

Also, provide there some useful screenshots to show us what exactly is the sidebar/widgets with the problem. After sending an email to us, please remove all of the untested plugins because the first step for debugging in WordPress is that thing.
