Empty terms show in filters

Hi,

I was just playing around with filters. The checkbox for “hide empty terms” was checked. This works if we do not use the filters, just use them as a showpiece. However, once I clicked a filter tag, all the empty terms became visible. Also note that I checked the “multiple selection” option.

You can use the following steps to reproduce the issue on your end:

1. Create an empty tag (don’t use it on any post).
2. Create a new tag/category/empty template or edit an existing one (using TD composer, ofc).
3. Add flex loop filters (flex loop and active filters are not required but you can add them, just in case).
4. Put the term “post_tag” in slug and check the “Multi” option.
5. Check the “Hide empty terms” option.
6. Save the template and close.

Now when you open the template, the empty terms are indeed hidden, but once you select a tag from the filter, you can see the empty term(s) appear(s) again.
