1. The comments can be close from backend individual on each post -> https://i.imgur.com/PlqVSH9.png or general for all posts -> https://i.imgur.com/hGJnszt.png
2. If you are not redirected to the exact place, then you can use the offset scroll -> https://i.imgur.com/zFAMY7N.png to adjust the distance.

2. unfortunately it doesn’t scroll at all. do I need to edit both scroll to class and scroll offset? and how do i know the class name.. originally it was set to td_single_Jump

In order to make an anchor link, you need to set to a row an id, and set the link to that page plus the id like this ->

So when the button is clicked it will link to that page and to that row ID.
