Enable Smart Sidebar only in certain sidebars

Hi! It’s posible to enable de Smart Sidebar feature only in certain sidebars and not apply that change y all the theme?

Hi,

The smart sidebar option will apply to all the posts and categories sidebars, on the entire website. There is no option at the moment to choose more specifically where this applies

I’m looking for the same feature because Newspaper doesn’t seems to allow a sticky effect only on one element of the sidebar. At the moment, we have to use an external plugin. Is there a plan to add that feature ?

Hi,

I could not say if there are plans of making modifications to how the smart sidebar feature works. Activating the feature will make the whole sidebar sticky, not just an element in the sidebar content.
