I am trying to disable a sidebar that appears from the right to the left of the screen. I have enabled and disabled many times a button on TEMPLATE SETTINGS -> Smart Sitebar.
But the sitebar still appears.
Can anyone help me please?

Usually that effect come’s from some plugins, in your case I think is came from jetpack, please deactivate the jetpack plugin ( if you do not have this plugin, please deactivate all non theme plugins ), clear all cache and try again.
I think jetpack have some settings for that effect.
Please provide a link were I can inspect this problem, in this way I will be able to provide you the right answer.

I found the problem. What I wanted to delete was the MORE ARTICLES SIDEBAR that pops up. I have finally found how to disable it.
