We have a few pages in draft and we are trying to edit them. However, when we try to we get the following error:
Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
We are unable to edit any page on the site due to this error. Please help resolve this issue.

The error is most often caused by a shortcode that’s not compatible with our theme or a conflict with another plugin. As a result, after editing and saving the page or Cloud Template with tagDiv Composer, you might encounter this error the next time you try to edit it.
If the issue occurs on a specific page or Cloud Template only you ca use a revision on that one to resolve the problem, or it can be on the header or footer then will be the same problem on all pages and templates, try temporarily changing the header and footer template to see if the problem persists. You can usually resolve it by restoring a previous version using the page/template revision .

Thank you for your reply. We have tried to restore the page from a revision but encounter the same error. Furthermore this issue occurs on any page we try to edit so it seems that it isn’t isolated to one page. I have changed the header and footer to a different template with the same results and I have disabled any new plugins we have added. This issue still remains.
