Envato Plugin Shows Theme Updating. How long does it take?

So I’m trying to update my theme through the Envato plug-in and it just says updating? How long does this usually take. Also I think I may have missed the step where I was supposed to Add A New Item and must’ve over looked it when I saw that my theme was already there. Any help?

Hello jasontermechi,

I have checked your website and I saw that it’s okay and your theme version is updated to 7.1.1. Please explain which is the problem with your site now? Please notice that for theme updating we recommend doing that only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please let me know what you want to say through weird?
