Equal height on Flex Block 1

Hi,

I am using the Tech Pro templates and noticed the height of flex blocks that are in the same row aren’t the same. The borders on the bottom are not aligned and dont have equal height. See this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/pVy43MF.png

I know this could be fixed by setting an excerpt length on the titles or adding a fixed height, but I dont like how that looks. Is there a way to dynamically give them the same height?

Could you please give a quick advice what should I do (where and what property to add) to make the height of flex blocks fixed? Thanks.
