Have made a change that produced error 404 on the Motor category page of the menu. How do I resolve?

Which changes have you made? Please check if you have the same URL for that category page. Edit it normally and check the URL.

I have gone back to Appearance/Menus/Custome Link/Motor and checked that it had the right id for the Cutom Link category.
I changed the name of the Post Category from MOTOR to MOTOR BOATS. I have now changed that back, but the Error 404 still remains.
Can you tell me why I am getting this error, how to correct it, and how to avoid creating it again.

The problem was caused when trying to get the Menu tabs to show the correct category blogs.
The blogs being shown were only for blogs categorized as SAILING, but I need only the SAILING blogs to appear on the SAILING menu tab, and only the MOTOR BOATS blogs to appear on the MOTOR BOATS menu tab.
The category name and id is correct on APPEARANCE/Custom Link, but it is not working as it should.
Can you help solve this, or tell me how I can find a solution.
