error 502 everytime a new post is published

Hi

We’ve WordPress 5.1.1. with theme Newspaper version 9.5 and

– PHP 7.2.17

– 512 MB of memory

– post_max_size 128 MB

– max_execution_time 300

– max_imput_vars 3000

– wp super cache enabled

The site works perfectly except when we publish a new post, it gives error 502 for a few seconds (30 to 45 seconds).

We’ve already spoken with the datacenter where our server is located and they do not find anything wrong on their side.

All plugins have been tested and work without problems.

Do you have any idea of what could be causing this problem?

Hi,

Please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, I recommend you to disable all of them and leave just to active only our tested plugins. If the problem is still there after this, please let us know.
