After FTP update to version 7 I get a couple of errors:
– extra manu on the top
– double search filed
– text on the logo

What happened? I came back to the old version until it’s figured out.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which could create this type of issue in the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches (server cache), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that our theme is a complex one which has a lot of code lines. I suspect your problem that comes from these updated plugins which interfere with the code source of the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues through the theme. As you can see, our theme has the own tested plugin, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/VuUrLqFI1 with the theme working as properly.
Please try my advice and check the theme to the default state (only with bundled plugins) and see how it goes.

I deactivated all plugins, installed the version 7, activated theme plugins, cleared cache and tried different configuration of these tasks but it didn’t brings any result…
I can survive the v6 but I need access to Visual Composer which I cannot modify. Please help.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and install only the plugins that come bundled with it (only via FTP) and see how it will work with the default settings. Please notice that our theme has been fully tested and is working as properly.

I had to do some changes via Visual Composer (I had to add an ad paid by a sponsor on the home page) so I’ve updated the Visual Composer. I’ve managed to add it but the newer version crushed the theme v6. When I tried to downgrade the Visual Composer to version 4.6.2 it kept crushing the website, so I had to update the theme to version 7.
Now I’m stuck with the version the doesn’t look properly.
How to do a clean installation: step by step?

Basically, you will have to do a new clean install from the beginning (a new WordPress install, exactly as you have installed your older version of the theme) where you must install the latest version of the theme with the plugins that come bundled with our theme ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. This is the default state for our theme, without any customizations, additional plugins. Try to see how the theme will go and please let us know.

I’ve deactivated all plugins except Visual Composer 4.11.2, Social Counter 4.1, and tagDiv Mobile Theme 1.0. I’ve deleted the theme/Newsletter folder from the FTP (making my website down). Again downloaded the fresh theme file from Themeforest and uploaded them to the FTP.
It didn’t help. I still get similar errors with the theme.
Could you please help?
I’ve also asked DreamHost to clear my server cache and varnish cache. But it didn’t help. I still keep getting “mobile menu” on the top of the website.
