Imported data is invalid. Failed to update the theme settings!
I do have a random bug which in multisite changes theme settings from other installation.
Already raise the bug in another post for the theme changes but the import is a new one.

It should be automatically up to date also the theme panel settings.
Please try to downgrade for an old update and then install the update again correctly.

If this problem persist, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
