Hello pablojmelian,

Do you are referring to the shortcodes which are displayed at the frontend, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/56mlwX5hk7ZH? You should enable the Visual Composer, clear all your caches and check the results.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

i gues it was an error installing the theme,,,and there is a trouble installing de visual composer

El plugin no tiene una cabecera válida.

Descarga fallida. Unauthorized
