error count article views on my page it stopped working, can you guide me on how to fix it

Hi,
If you have enable the option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/IT3tFdd.png then the option should be display, but if you are using some cache plugins, then you need to use this option too -> https://i.imgur.com/JC1wz0C.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-ajax-views-count/
If there is still a problem, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please disable all non theme plugins and check the results.
