Hi Team,
I don’t know what is the issue with the theme it just doesnt work anymore, it breaks down every third day, with no reason.I have followed up through email and we have purchased support for 12 Months but with very poor response time.In logs it shows all the error coming from td_cloud,td_template.

Hi,
I just checked your website and this seems to be ok, also there are no errors in the console.
Can you please provide the error log file?
Also, do you use a dedicate server or a shared server?
