I’m trying to upload image , to create a new post, and the message ” http error” message following link to the screen. how to solve this problem ?

Please try to increase your system status parameters like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The post max size is the important factor here as this will be the maximum size images you can upload
