Ao importar um template “tagdiv” para o jornal 12 a janela de confirmação fica atras e não consigo importar. Por que isso ocorre? Como resolver? No wordpress

Hello!
Please make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
