Error in my license code

I just setup my WordPress and add Newspapaer theme, I try to update the theme but I got this error

I’m sure that I didn’t setup this theme in any other sites or domains .. how I resolve this?

I can’t access the screenshot, but if you have an error like “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key” please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access and license certificate.
