We know you have been our client for a long period of time, but you may be using plugins that can become incompatible at any point if they are not on the recommended list, or you could have a custom modification that is no longer compatible with the theme code.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

With your experience can you advise me what to look more specific about?
Or can it be a problem with php server libraries?

It seems it’s the same on our end: https://www.screencast.com/t/S637jLb328 but why would you access that php file through the browser. It is a link to a php file. Any at all php file that you try to access directly will provide an error because you are not supposed to request a php file directly in the browser. Here are another few examples:

Pick any file you want from the theme files and there will be an error when trying to access it directly in the browser.
