After the First Problems i have Made a clean install. Just the new Theme, the Plug-ins and the prebuilt. Now it very Slow and i cant change the Logo.

The logo can be changed using tagDiv Composer and editing the cloud header, here is a guide that can be used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Also, you can disable the tagDiv Standard Pack, the demo you have is using cloud templates, and is no need for standard templates.
