Error in Vietnamese font

After upgrading to version 10.4, my homepage lost all of its original settings and I had to completely revamp the look of the homepage. During the repair process, I encountered a very annoying error, which was a Vietnamese font error when writing HTML code

For example I have code like this

The Vietnamese characters were all error

How to handle this error?
