My web hosting provider says HVMM is being strained causing downtime on my site. Upon checking the error logs, I’m seeing a lot of these errors:

Could you please help me by explaining what’s happening.
Also, what is the email support of TagDiv, if ever I have to submit a ticket with my wp-admin.
