Hi, I am getting error message: “Big grid 7- Please move this shortcode on a full row in order for it to work.”
The entire homepage is jumbled after upgrade. See here http://bit.ly/2p3K9BN

Hello glosdata,

For better results, generaly for Big Grids, you should use them only on a full row.

Hi What do you mean I should use them? What is Big grid 7? How did I use them? I did not code the template. Can you be more clearer please?

Hello glosdata,

I know that you are referring to this error -> https://www.screencast.com/t/157XsNXOcdd2, right? Please notice that message appears because your row are split (for example 2/3+1/3) and the Big Grid do not allow you to use it in this case because the Big Grid layout will be broken, sorry!

Hi, the Visuall Composer makes Fails with the Video PLugin…if i use https the videos doesent match…and where i can get the license from the composer to activate them???

Hello ChristianLI2017,

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what kind of Video Plugin you are referring to? Notice that no VC license must be purchased because this plugin come bundled with the theme core files and there is no need to buy anything license.
