ERROR MESSAGE on Post Page

Hello Support,

I have two problems that I cannot resolve perhaps you can help me, I have tried to post a video article and have noticed that an error message comes up please check attachment, also on the same page the header dose not show, please check attachment, I am guessing this might have to do with my hosting, but I am not sure.

Hi,

Please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.4 also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
I currently have 10.2 installed,sorry but I cannot see the update for 10.3.4 is there an easy way to update to the new version? should I do this first, and then clear the plugins and cache.

Please make the update via FTP, the auto update was add after v10.2

Hi i did not need to update the News theme, it worked by updating wordpress to 5.4.2
