I scan my site fmblogs.com. I am facing the issue of Meta Description tag is missing from the following categories.

https://fmblogs.com/category/pakistan/
Please guide me how can I add Meta description the above category.

It was a misunderstanding.
Our theme doesn’t have the option to edit the meta description, but this can be achieved using the SEO Yoast plugin, please check this article for more information => https://yoast.com/meta-descriptions/.

The section post settings appear for each post and are used for setting an individual post template (if it is set from Theme Panel is using the general post template)
Using Single Post Template you can set one of them like Global and for posts that you want to be different, you can assign an individual single post template.
