Error on dashboard & "comment" tab suddenly appearing on front page

Hi,

I’ve updated to the latest version and notice the comment tab on front page. It wasn’t there last time. My site is http://www.modern-mavens.com

And, how to solve this error notification on the dashboard? I have been searching for the solution for a week but failed.

For the comment tab, I’ve double check Front Page. All comments and sharing has been disabled. Couldn’t find the cause of this mystery tab.

Its under Theme Panel > Template Setting > Page Template > Disable Comments. Somehow my setting was jumbled up after the update.

Yes. Got it. Same here, my setting was back to default after the update. Now its working fine.
