Please provide an actual example of the error you are having, or a screenshot because I do not understand where are you getting this error.

You will get that error “once” each time you change/update the main theme files, as during the update, some pages redirect or allow pointing to the theme root, which should not happen. On high traffic sites, you’d normally use a “down for maintenance” plugin to avoid this.
Normally having ONE instance of the error is normal.
If you have “constant” errors, somebody might be trying to hack your site, and you need to use some mitigation tools.
I changed my theme ten days ago and sometimes show me this error. Thanks ¡ i must be Google algorit very grazy with my theme change LoL.
