Hi,
I have inspected your console and I saw that you have some errors through it which can be caused by your untested plugins that you are using on your website. I saw them on the source page. Try to disable all of them, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and check the results.
