I am getting this error when I try to access per-designed templates, how can I solve this?

Usually this happens due to low wp-memory value, try to set it to 256M if possible

In some cases adding the code mentioned at the end of the guide in the htaccess file solved the problem.
In others changing the PHP version to 7.3 or 7.4 worked. It could also be caused by security plugins or security server modules, or file permissions.
If nothing works, we could take a look at it. Send us admin login as well as cPanel at contact@tagdiv.com so we can investigate.

Thank you, it seems to be working for now, even though it loads slowly.
My wp_limit is 256
I’m glad that now it is working.
I think that is working slowly because of the internet connection. I have 500mb/s and for me it is loading the cloud template quite fast.
