error problem

I’ve just bought Newspaper theme, install it and now they have problem word

“internal server error”
the server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

How can I solve a problem.

Hi,

Take a look at the error.log if you have access to it. If not please contact the server administrator and ask him about this error.
You can also try a fresh full install of wordpress, theme, plugins.

Also, be sure you upload the theme which is just the theme files, and not the entire “everything” zip archive which has the theme AND the documentation, as this won’t work. Always safer to upload via FTP if you can. If using the WP panel and zip archive, make sure it’s just the theme only zip (on Themeforest you have choice of two files, just the theme, or everything…. if you upload the everything zip, it will give you server error).
