Hi,
Whenever I try to edit a specific Cloud Theme, I get this error:
Errors at elements: 4(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I could not find a way to fix this issue and CTRL+Z is not possible as I am trying to edit an already existing template.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi Vlad,
I followed these steps, but it did not fix the problem. It looks like the blocks “Page Title” and “Breadcrumbs” are missing.

I can also see that the template has lost its “Template Type” and “Used On” properties.

I am also having these issues and have followed the advice given by support on here and in other threads. Strangely, it works when the site is in Staging/Development, but not in Live/Production.
