I can’t customize the structure of the template. “Customize the template” is written in red and not usable

Hi,

I have checked this and did not found any issues. Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache to make sure that it is not a plugin conflict, then check again. Also you can check this with a default wp theme and see if it works.
