Hello Team,
I have created 4 categories menu section, in that 2 categories are showing this error “There has been a critical error on this website.” I have followed all solutions provided by kinsta.com and online communities. Even i have updated the limit in wp-config.php file.
But the issue is still not resolved.
Please help.

Did you make a test using only tagdiv plugins? Did you add something to the category templates?

I have added few post for both categories and also set cloud library template from theme panel.
FYI these two categories are newly created by me whereas the other two were predefined with the newspaper template (changes are reflecting on them).
Also, I tried adding one more category, but it is not showing on homepage -> menu category

You need to add the categories in the Appearances – menus https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
Also, please provide some screenshots with your settings for the cloud issue.

I resolved this issue by deleting all categories, and creating new from scratch. This solved my issue.
