Error using Smart List with Permalinks end with .html

i using Smart list in a post but when i click next button the premalinks change from http://mydomain.com/the-post.html to http://mydomain.com/the-post.html2 and got error 404 when reload page

Hi,

This happens because your permalink structure. Please change your permalink structure and check if this still happens.

Lucian, I face the same problem.
I have the following permalink structure: /%category%/%postname%.html
Is there any wayout without changing the structure?

@Novaque : change to /%category%/%postname%.html/ it’s working for me
