Hello,
I have received an error
“Video playlist Channel doesn’t exist or does not have any uploads when trying to add the YouTube video to the website.”
https://amjmed.org/
I have followed your instructions:
* Added the YouTube API credentials from Google Cloud YouTube API to Social Network/YouTube API
* YouTube Channel is verified and public https://www.youtube.com/user/amjmedicine
* Added Channel ID and User ID to YouTube video playlist element on page
* I also deactivated plugins to see if there were any conflicts.
Please help me with this issue.
Thank you,
Lisa Roland
Hello!
Please check the settings from the element called “Video playlist” if you have at Source: username and that you complete the field like this username: amjmedicine.
Please note that for Youtube you need to change the API key, because sometimes it’s possible it will expire.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
We continue to have issues with this feature.
I have followed your instructions:
* Yes, I included username. (It doesn’t seem to save username properly)
* I reset the API and added the YouTube API credentials from Google Cloud YouTube API to Social Network/YouTube API.
* YouTube Channel is verified and public https://www.youtube.com/user/amjmedicine
* Added Channel ID and User ID to YouTube video playlist element on page
* I also deactivated plugins to see if there were any conflicts.
I realize this is a response to your answer from over a year ago. At that time I needed videos to work right away and applied a work around. We need to get this to function now so we can use full functionality of your theme. I purchase additional support through envato market to get this resolved.
The website is https://amjmed.org/ The widget is on home page.
I can provide access for technician to look at.
Please help us resolve this issue asap.
Thank you,
Lisa Roland

I thought all was working properly . . however, the Video Playlist is not recognizing the playlist.
My source is set to Playlist ID
I included the Chanel ID, Username and Playlist ID
https://amjmed.org/category/cardiology/
What appears to be displaying are all videos on channel.
I removed Channel ID and get the same results. I also cleared cache and get same.
It should show this playlist:
It does work if I use individual Video IDs

Please help me with this issue so client can easily manage video per category.
